Case Management Data Senior Specialist

Overview

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Case Management Data Senior Specialist to support the Violence Prevention and Response Technical Unit (VPRU). This position focuses on strengthening case management data systems and information management practices across IRC protection programming.

Major Responsibilities

1. Centralized Resources & Standards

• Develop and update comprehensive resources for case management systems
• Maintain documentation on information management status across regions
• Provide data protection guidance and identify emerging technologies

2. Technical Support

• Support Primero platform rollout and configuration
• Serve as system administrator for protection-related information systems
• Conduct training and capacity building activities

3. Data Analysis

• Conduct regular analysis of case management data across protection streams
• Streamline measurement frameworks with MEAL colleagues
• Build analytical capacity among technical advisors and country teams

4. Strategic Engagement

• Contribute to case management information strategy development
• Coordinate with IRC MEAL and Technology teams
• Represent IRC in external forums on case management systems

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Demonstrated experience with case management systems (gender-based violence, child protection, or protection rule of law)
• Programmatic data collection, management, and analysis expertise
• Proficiency with Excel and multiple data collection platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse, multinational teams

Preferred Qualifications

• ODK-based mobile data collection experience (CommCare)
• Data visualization software proficiency (PowerBI)
• System administration experience
• Data protection guidelines knowledge
• Multilingual fluency (French, Spanish, Arabic)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Ranges

• United States: $83,000–$90,000 annually
• United Kingdom: £51,470–£60,048 annually
