Overview

Action contre la Faim France is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team in Montreuil. This position reports to the Deputy Director of Studies and Development and focuses on defining, piloting, and implementing IT projects to enhance organizational capacity and program efficiency.

Position Details

• Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), France
• Work Mode: Hybrid - No mandatory on-site presence except collective meetings, up to 3 days monthly on-site, 2 mandatory integration days
• Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) - 2 months through March 24, 2026, potentially renewable
• Employment Level: Executive level, Full-time
• Start Date: December 3, 2025
• Closing Date: February 11, 2026

Key Responsibilities

Strategic IT Project Management

• Serve as sector reference for the IT project management profession
• Organize IT project definitions and scoping
• Pilot IT projects from conception to deployment
• Ensure solution sustainability and knowledge capitalization
• Evolve functional IT architecture coherently with organizational needs

Stakeholder Support & Collaboration

• Support business and IT stakeholders on procedures and methods
• Improve information sharing across the organization
• Contribute to IT department operations and continuous improvement
• Enhance organizational capacity through effective IT solutions

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Engineering degree or Master's-level university education in IT management (MIAGE or similar)
• Minimum 5 years experience managing significant IT projects in Agile environments
• International work environment experience

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Strong IT project management skills
• Agile methodology expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Knowledge of functional IT architecture
• Ability to work in multicultural, international environments

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

• Annual Gross: €46,000–€55,000 (13 months), based on experience

Time Off

• 25 vacation days annually
• 21 RTT (compensatory time off) days annually
