Job Description
Position Summary
Iroquois Center for Human Development seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical programs across a rural community mental health center, ensuring evidence-based, trauma-informed services and compliance with CCBHC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical programs and quality assurance
- Lead program development, risk management, and compliance
- Supervise clinical leadership and multidisciplinary teams
- Partner with senior leadership on strategy, policy, and budgeting
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field
- Active Kansas clinical license (LSCSW, LCPC, or LCP)
- 5-7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience
- Knowledge of CCBHC requirements and Medicaid-funded services
Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000 salary with comprehensive benefits
