Coaching Panel RFP

Background

Humanity United (HU) is a philanthropic organization focused on peacebuilding, forced labor and human trafficking, and racial justice and equity. HU is building a multidisciplinary coaching panel to support staff and leaders with trauma-informed, equity-centered coaching and facilitation.

Opportunity

Panel members may be engaged on an as-needed basis to provide:

• Leadership and executive coaching
• Individual, team, and group coaching
• Organizational facilitation and retreats
• Consulting on leadership development, equity, culture, and trauma-informed practices

Delivery is primarily virtual, with potential in-person or hybrid engagements.

Ideal Qualifications

• Trauma-informed and healing-centered coaching approach
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, justice, and inclusion
• Experience supporting mission-driven, human rights, or philanthropic organizations
• Comfort working across cultures; experience in Global South contexts valued
• Evidence of equity-centered, anti-oppression frameworks in practice
• ICF certification or equivalent experience preferred
• High standards of ethics and confidentiality

Additional valued expertise

• Mediation and conflict tending
• Neurodiversity support
• Racial literacy or restorative justice practices
• Executive leadership coaching
• Career development coaching
• Experience across communications, policy, strategy, and operations
• Lived experience aligned with HU's focus areas
• Work with survivor leaders or conflict-affected communities
• Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, or other languages
• Diversity of locations and time zones

Engagement Terms

• Two-year panel contract: April 2026 to April 2028
• Flexible, project-by-project scopes and timelines
• Hourly invoicing based on organizational needs
• Participation in onboarding, quarterly briefings, and check-ins with HU

Timeline

• Expressions of interest open: 18 Dec 2025
• Due: 31 Jan 2026
• Interviews and selections: Feb to mid-March 2026
• Contracting: March 2026
• Onboarding: April 2026
