Overview

Islamic Relief UK is seeking a Corporate & Brand Partnership Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-value partnerships that enhance the organization's income, reach, and brand visibility. This permanent, full-time position is based in Waterloo, London with a hybrid working arrangement.

  • Salary: £37,766 + £4,000 London Weighting annually (£41,766 total)
  • Experience Required: 5-9 years

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Lead the development and delivery of strategic partnerships aligned with organizational priorities
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage high-value corporate and brand partnerships
  • Ensure partnerships uphold brand integrity and deliver measurable impact
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate, SME, trust, foundation, and brand partnerships

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Manage relationship activations across multiple sectors
  • Demonstrate strong influencing skills with corporate partners
  • Collaborate across internal teams for effective partnership delivery

Performance & Delivery

  • Achieve or exceed income targets through partnership development
  • Apply strong project management and financial planning competencies
  • Utilize commercial awareness of marketing, CSR, and brand engagement principles
  • Track and report on partnership outcomes and impact

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Degree-level education or relevant qualification/experience
  • Proven experience developing, negotiating, and managing high-value corporate/brand partnerships
  • Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding income targets
  • 5-9 years of relevant professional experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of corporate fundraising and commercial partnership models
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic and creative thinking with opportunity identification skills
  • Project management and organizational competencies
  • Commercial awareness of marketing, CSR, and brand engagement principles
  • Commitment to Islamic Relief's mission and humanitarian values
