Job Description
Position Summary
PostClassical Ensemble seeks a part-time, senior Director of Development to lead individual giving, digital fundraising, and grants strategy for a mission-driven arts organization in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow the major gifts and individual giving program
- Launch a digital giving and recurring donations strategy
- Oversee grants and foundation submissions and reporting
- Provide fundraising reporting and pipeline updates to leadership
Qualifications
- 12-15 years of nonprofit development experience
- Demonstrated success with major gifts and individual giving
- Experience overseeing grants and foundation fundraising
- Strong writing, communication, and relationship management skills
Compensation & Schedule
- Part-time (~12 hours/week)
- Remote with DC-area presence for meetings/events
- 1099 role; no benefits
