Executive Director

About the role

SafePath Children's Advocacy Center seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and impact, focusing on child-friendly advocacy and coordinated services for children affected by abuse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-range strategic plan aligned with mission and values
• Build relationships with board members, staff, public officials, community leaders, and donors
• Lead governance and compliance, including NCA and CJCC accreditation standards
• Facilitate multidisciplinary team (MDT) coordination across partners
• Manage budgets, financial audits, and donor engagement strategy
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff; promote an inclusive, high-performance culture

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of nonprofit or related leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Proven fundraising experience and knowledge of nonprofit finance and grants
• Experience leading MDTs and familiarity with trauma-informed care is preferred

Compensation

• Salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 per year
