About the Role

Develop practical, innovative methodologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and situational awareness across MAG's global programmes. Lead research and development on Earth Observation (EO) data and drone-based solutions in Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) and Weapon and Ammunition Management (WAM) contexts. Focus on partnership development and environmental considerations.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with remote sensing systems and GIS software
• Experience in data processing, analysis, machine learning, and visualization
• Proven experience leading remote sensing projects
• Relevant degree (discipline not specified)
• Strong project management and report writing skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Willingness to travel internationally in challenging environments
