Position Summary
Habitat Metro Denver seeks a Help Desk Support Technician to provide front-line support for hardware, software, and SaaS platforms across multiple locations. The role includes customer support, system maintenance, onboarding, and training for staff and volunteers.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and maintain ticketing records
- Support system maintenance, patching, and equipment inventory
- Conduct onboarding and training for new staff
- Assist facilities support as needed
Requirements
- Computer science training or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and Windows
- Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, networking, and hardware support
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel across sites
Compensation
- Starting pay range: $21.70 - $24.30/hour
- Full range: $21.70 - $26.90/hour
