Job Description

Position Summary

Habitat Metro Denver seeks a Help Desk Support Technician to provide front-line support for hardware, software, and SaaS platforms across multiple locations. The role includes customer support, system maintenance, onboarding, and training for staff and volunteers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and maintain ticketing records
  • Support system maintenance, patching, and equipment inventory
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new staff
  • Assist facilities support as needed

Requirements

  • Computer science training or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products and Windows
  • Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, networking, and hardware support
  • Valid driver's license; ability to travel across sites

Compensation

  • Starting pay range: $21.70 - $24.30/hour
  • Full range: $21.70 - $26.90/hour
