Location: Waterloo, London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £37,766 + £4,000 London Weighting per annum

About the Role

Leading and expanding income from high-net-worth individuals and major donors for Islamic Relief. This role focuses on cultivating long-term, values-aligned relationships and managing prospect portfolios while overseeing a Philanthropy Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major donor fundraising initiatives targeting high-net-worth individuals
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with major donors
• Manage portfolios of prospects and donors
• Oversee and manage a Philanthropy Executive
• Secure five- and six-figure gifts from donors
• Develop and implement philanthropy strategies
• Utilize CRM systems for donor management and tracking
• Analyze data using Power BI for insights and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent
• 5-9 years of experience in major donor fundraising
• Demonstrated ability securing five- and six-figure gifts
• Strong relationship management and cultivation skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Expertise in CRM systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Understanding of philanthropic sector and donor motivations
