Southeast Asia SGB Consultant

Overview

Habitat for Humanity's Terwilliger Center seeks a consultancy firm to map and assess small and growing businesses (SGBs) in the affordable housing sector across Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. The work informs the Southeast Asia SGB Program design.

Scope of Work

• Landscape mapping and analysis of SGBs across housing themes
• Assess viability, scalability, and climate resilience of SGBs
• Identify priority innovation areas per country
• Map ecosystem stakeholders and partnership opportunities
• Provide program design inputs and financing recommendations

Timeline & Deliverables

• Project duration: 4 months
• Inception report, interim findings, program design inputs, final knowledge product, and convening event

Qualifications

• Experience with Southeast Asia startup ecosystems
• Market research experience in housing/urban development
• Ability to conduct fieldwork and stakeholder interviews
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
